It’s hard to believe that we’ve been in our new home at Charing Cross for 3 months already. We still aren’t quite where we want to be, but we are getting close. The interior has been finished off by a mural from the amazingly talented urban artist Fergus Brooks. He came up with three entirely different concepts and worked together to agree on the final style. It was really cool to see him just ‘drawing’ on the wall. No pencil marks, no sharpies; just him, a plan and a can of paint.

Everyone that has been in has had nice things to say about it, which is great... We know that it’s not all that common for design/marketing/creative agencies to let a kid loose with a spray can on the interior walls, but we’re not all that common either.
On the client side, there ahs been alot of movement too. We finished the West Highland Way Information CMS website, which is a hub run by Callum and Tracy Christie based at Milngavie, the gateway to the West Highland Way. It hat provides information on the route, essential items you'll need, and memorabilia. You can check your email one last time before you set off, and they can even arrange to have your bags sent to your hotel (which they can also help in booking). These folks are extremely experienced walkers, and know what they are talking about. Popping in for a chat will keep you out of harm’s way, and enhance your enjoyment of the West Highland Way.
We also finished off the website of the Glasgow contract cleaning company; Clean Concept. Their project included developing a logo that would transfer from web to print, to uniforms, to vehicle signage. Kerr is the man you need to speak to when you want everything to sparkle. He can be contacted through their website, here.
This time last week, I had the good fortune of working with a super talented London based product designer. He was looking for a booklet to showcase his works, from concept, through development (lots and lots of illustrations, CAD and models) to finished, physical product. His name is Richard Thompson, let me know if you are looking for his details:

The Glasgow All Trades logo has been designed and finalised, cards and letterheads have been printed and we are putting the finishing touches on the website. I’ll write a full feature on the brand when the site is launched... It's great fun to have free reign to do what is best for a brand.
We are also working with a well known tattoo studio on a project that promises to be visually stunning and very interactive. It’s the kind of thing that we really love doing. I’ll let you know more in the next few weeks.
